We found their behavior to ultimately be completely unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service. After multiple calls to Alpha Omega, on the Friday of the week in which the repairs had been promised, was finally able to reach Stacy, who stated that the repair job was still showing as active, but could provide no explanation as to why we had heard nothing about when this would happen.ĭue to this most unprofessional behavior in regard to staying in touch with their customer, and failure to respond to basic inquiries, we felt that any further dealings with Alpha Omega would be unwise, and requested that the job be canceled. No response of any kind was received to this inquiry. We sent an email a few days before to ask about the date on which the repair crew would arrive. When the week in which the work was scheduled arrived, we had received no further information at all as to the exact date of the repairs. He answered all of them eventually, but the response invariably required multiple additional emails, as he consistently failed to respond to anything other than the first question listed, which required additional time to get answers to the remaining questions that had been sent. During the interval, we had a number of questions which were emailed to Libni. However, he stated that the repairs could not be scheduled until some 6 weeks into the future. He was professional, during the initial visit, and was able to diagnose the problem, and provide an estimate for the repair work. We contacted Alpha Omega in regard to repair of a small roof leak, and their representative Libni C********** was able to come out for an estimate the same day. Our business dealings with Alpha Omega started fairly well, but did not end that way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALPHA OMEGA FOR SIDING OR ROOFING. I am still waiting for a phone call from his supervisor. I advised that he needed to return with the right people and tools to fix the problem. actually wanted me to stay in the attic while he sprayed water from my hose for 30+ minutes in the area of the leak so he could then see if it was leaking. A 10 month old roof that leaks and they refuse to correct the problem. He looked at the photographs of the dripping from the roof sheeting, and still stated that "there was NO problem with the roof." He advised he couldn't find anything wrong with their roof and to contact the ** contractor. Alpha Omega repair person comes to my home today, observe the water damage on ceiling around ** register, accompanies me into the attic, I show him where the leak occurred, but Alpha Omega repair person claimed that the issue was an ** issue not a roof issue and left. I climbed up into the attic, took photographs of where the leak was coming from in between the roofing sheeting, and marked it with paint. Water dripped down through the ** register in the master bath. During the day long wind and rain storm on the 21st and 22nd, my roof started to leak. My roof is 10 months old and is already leaking. They have been out several time to "fix" the problem, however my house is in worse shape when they leave. My house is less than one year old (10 months) and the siding is bowing, buckling, and falling off my house. ************* is terrible for both roofing and siding. Alpha Omega is the roofing / siding contractor for my home builder.
